The yoga giant Gaiam has teamed up with Rodney Yee and Coleen Saidman to create an online yoga club / community for teachers and students. Check it out at www.gaiamyogaclub.com!
According to the site, the purpose is designed to teach you how to create your own "home yoga practice". Many of us enjoy doing yoga from home for various reasons - mine is just a lack of time to go to the yoga studio. Others might use the program to learn how to teach yoga. Either way, it looks promising. See you in the club!
